MBA of Ireland University, co-founder of Yoursender, and the current chairman. Mr. Chen, with his outstanding leadership and strategic planning, led Yoursender to start from 3 vehicles in 1997, and after years of effort the scale has been over 300 vehicles and 700 staffs, covering transport, warehousing, trade, customs declaration, stacking, inland pickup, city delivery, air freight and sea freight. He is now also a member of the Yantian District Committee of CPPCC, president of Yantian Logistics Chamber, and vice president of Yantian Chamber; he was also awarded Top 10 Influential Figures in Shenzhen Logistics Industry. |

MBA of Yale University, Ph.D of Miami University. He took important posts in Smith Barney Global Telecom Fund, Morgan Risk Investment Strategic Fund, and Shanghai Pudong TechFoster Technology Ventures Ltd and is now the vice president of Yoursender, in charge of strategic planning, capital introduction and IPO preparation. |
| Mrs. Chen Juanjuan |
She holds 18 years of experiences in human resource management and is familiary with management in various HR modules such as team construction, enterprise culture, performance assessment, training and salary. While ever working as HR Director or vice president in a series of well-known enterprises such as China Travel Service Group, Microworks Technology Limited and Mingwah Aohan High Technology Corporation Ltd, she is now the HR director of Yoursender. |
| Mr. Zou Jiangjun |
After graduating from Guangdong Ocean University with degree in enterprise management, Mr. Zou joined Yoursender in Nov 1999 as dispatcher, followed with operation manager, customer service manager, branch manager, and in 2004, general manager of Yoursender Freight Company. He personally developed and applied the container transport management e-system that may lead the industry; such system successfully realizes automatic generation of data summary & analysis for customer orders, dispatch tracking and various reports, significantly increasing efficiency and accuracy of operations. For his belief of ¡°working in the company like it¡¯s our own career¡±, he has been awarded Excellent Manager over the years and is now the Trucking Logistics General Manager of Yoursender. |
Mr. Li Zhipeng |
President assistant and person in charge of the marketing center. He joined Yoursender in 1997 after graduating from Information Engineering Department, Shantou University and then worked as dispatcher, operation vice manager, manager, and manager of Guangzhou Tianma Branch. Since joining, he took charge of the first joint venture company of Yoursender, co-founded Fubao Branch, and successfully helped bring the company to shift from pure transport customs declaration to integrated logistics. A classic case is after his 3 years of effort, Yoursender successfully cooperated with the famous Japanese company Konica-Minolta in Guangzhou Tax-Reserved Area, known as VMI project and bringing the business level of the company to a new level. This successful introduction of VMI term may become a motor in the future development of Yoursender. |

Graduate from Guangzhou Ji¡¯nan University, now the person in charge of the financial center of Yoursender, in charge of capital management, financial management and accounting works of the Group. He ever worked as financial or administrative management in foreign-invested high-tech companies and private companies, accumulating nearly 18 years of experiences in accounting/ economic management. |
